The BEST fallafel in Paris- from L'As du Fallafel in le Marais, the Jewish Quarter.
What's in it? David Lebovitz says it well, "Beginning with a fork, dig into warm pita bread stuffed with marinated crunchy cabbage, silky eggplant, sesame hoummous, and boules of chick-pea paste, crisp-fried fallafel. Spice it up with a dab of searingly-hot sauce piquante." ...but I like to call it heaven in a pita.

A daily snack: Biscotti toast with Nutella
Des påtes aux fruits de mer- Fresh seafood pasta served in a crème fraîche sauce from a café along the beach in Marseille.
Moroccan couscous in Tours (located in the Loire Valley). Everything is served family style- Your meats, vegetables in a delicious broth, and the couscous itself!
Moroccan dessert- Tea, various pastries, and a honey galette :)

Forget what you've heard! To receive a "café au lait" (coffee with milk) in Paris, you must ask for a café crème.
